400 grams sifted flour
Quarter teaspoon of salt
hot water cup
a tablespoon of sugar
a tablespoon of yeast
1 egg
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic mashed
tablespoon minced parsley

How to make bread balls with garlic and olive oil

Mix hot water with sugar and yeast and leave the mixture for 10 minutes until it boils.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the salt and set aside.
Add the egg to the mixture of water, yeast and sugar, then pour the mixture into the bowl of flour with salt gradually with continuous kneading until you get a cohesive dough.
